Media Consent and Personal Use

By attending a Streetlifting Australia event, you acknowledge that photography, audio recording, and video recording may occur throughout the venue and competition areas. By entering and participating in the event, you grant Streetlifting Australia and its approved partners permission to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in photographs, videos, livestreams, broadcasts, and audio recordings. These materials may be used for purposes including event coverage, social media content, promotional campaigns, advertising, educational material, livestreams, websites, and future event promotion.

You understand and agree that any media collected during the event may be published, distributed, edited, reproduced, or shared by Streetlifting Australia without further notice or compensation. By participating in the event, you release and discharge Streetlifting Australia, its staff, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, and media partners from any liability arising from the recording, publication, or use of photographs, video footage, livestreams, or audio recordings captured during the event.

You also waive any right to inspect, approve, or claim ownership over any media content created at the event, including edited or modified versions used for promotional or commercial purposes. Attendance and participation at the event constitute your full understanding and acceptance of this media consent and liability waiver.

Personal Use Policy

Athletes and their personal photographers, videographers, or representatives may use photos, videos, and audio recordings captured at Streetlifting Australia events for personal and non-commercial purposes, including social media posts, portfolios, and personal websites, provided such use does not misrepresent Streetlifting Australia or the event.
