Muscle up

The Muscle Up is one of the signature lifts in Streetlifting and combines explosive pulling strength with pressing power and technical control. Athletes must pull themselves from below the bar/rings to a locked-out support position above the bar/rings in one continuous movement, often with added weight attached via a dip belt.

Pull

Squat

The Dip is one of the main strength movements in Streetlifting and is often considered a true test of upper body pushing power. Athletes perform the movement on parallel bars with additional weight attached via a dip belt, aiming to complete the heaviest successful lift possible under strict competition standards.

Squat

The Squat is the lower body strength component of Streetlifting, bringing together raw power, stability, and technical execution. Athletes perform a barbell back squat, aiming to lift the maximum weight possible while meeting strict competition standards for depth and control.
