Reasons for No Rep

Red Movement Standard Failure

Failure to achieve the required range of motion or position standard. 

Examples include insufficient squat depth, insufficient dip depth, invalid pull-up height, or a chicken wing during a muscle-up.


Black Judge Command Violation

Failure to follow the referee's commands or signals. 

Examples include starting or finishing the lift before receiving the appropriate signal.


Yellow Control and Assistance Violation

Use of momentum, excessive body  movement, loss of control, or receiving support. Examples include kipping, kicking, dropping the barbell, loss of control, or receiving assistance during the lift


Blue Technical Execution Violation

Failure to maintain the required technical standards throughout the lift. 

Examples include downward movement, failure to lock out, bent arms or knees where prohibited, grip violations, or contact from a spotter.
